Ingredients
- 1 1/4 oz Keeper's Heart Irish + Bourbon
- 1/2 oz *Apple Cider Reduction Syrup
- Splash Lemon Juice
- Top With Soda Water
Method
Fill a highball glass with ice, then add 1 1/4 oz Keeper's Heart Irish + Bourbon. Pour in 1/2 oz apple cider reduction syrup and add a splash of lemon juice. Top with soda water and gently stir to combine. Garnish with an apple slice, if desired.
*Apple Cider Reduction Syrup: reduce 1/2 gal of apple cider in a pot over medium heat for ~ 4 hours, or until reduced by half, add equal amount of demerara sugar by weight and whisk until incorporated.
