If you’re a new follower here, get ready to meet our magnificent trio of copper pot stills! 🤩

These stills are the heart and soul behind the whiskey-making magic happening at Keeper's Heart and are key to making great Irish style whiskey. 🗝️🥃

Triple pot distilling means that the final liquid has been distilled 3 times, and each distillation takes place in a separate copper pot still. That is 3 separate chances for our distillers to narrow in on the best part of the liquid - the part we KEEP, the HEART, the KEEPER’S HEART.

As we speak, our pot-distilled whiskey is aging and maturing to perfection. We are eagerly anticipating its launch in the next few years!

Today, we raise a glass to all the amazing Mothers out there!

Celebrate this special day and toast to the mother figure in your life with our sweet & fizzy Mother’s Day recipe:

Heartfelt Fizz! 💕🍾

Ingredients:
(makes a pitcher for 4-6)

✨ 8 oz Keeper's Heart Irish + Bourbon
✨ 4 oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice
✨ 3 oz simple syrup
✨ 3 oz Chinola passion fruit liqueur
✨ 1 bottle Champagne

Directions:
1️⃣ Pour the first three ingredients into a gallon pitcher filled with ice and stir well to chill.
2️⃣ Add the bottle of Champagne slowly into the pitcher. Gently and briefly stir to mix
3️⃣ Serve in Champagne flutes or coupe glasses

Ingredients:
✨ 2 oz Keeper’s Heart Irish + American
✨ 1 oz of Port
✨ ¼ oz Campari
✨ ¼ oz Grand Marnier

Directions:
1️⃣ Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir
2️⃣ Strain over a glass filled with ice
3️⃣ Finish it off with a flamed lemon peel🔥🍋
