Ingredients
- 2 oz Keeper's Heart Irish + Bourbon
- 1/2 oz Demerara Syrup
- 1/2 oz Orange Juice
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 tsp Grenadine
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Method
Combine all ingredients except the Angostura bitters in a shaker with ice and shake well until chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and float 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters on top. Garnish with a pineapple slice or cherry, if desired.
