Ingredients
- 1 11⁄2 oz Keeper's Heart 110 Proof
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1⁄2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1⁄2 oz Egg White (optional)
- 1 oz Mulled Wine
Method
Shake all ingredients except wine and strain into a coupe glass (if using egg white) or a rocks glass with a few large cubes of ice (if omitting egg white). Float mulled wine over top of drink and serve before it mixes.
