Savor the season with the Mulled Sour, blending Keeper's Heart Irish + American 110 Proof, zesty lemon, a touch of sweetness, and a splash of rich mulled wine for a festive twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 11⁄2 oz Keeper's Heart 110 Proof
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1⁄2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1⁄2 oz Egg White (optional)
  • 1 oz Mulled Wine

Method

Shake all ingredients except wine and strain into a coupe glass (if using egg white) or a rocks glass with a few large cubes of ice (if omitting egg white). Float mulled wine over top of drink and serve before it mixes.
