Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Strawberry-infused Keeper's Heart ( 300g quartered strawberries + 1 bottle Irish + American, freeze overnight, strain with fine mesh, then with paper filter)
- 1/2 oz Peach Schnapps
- 1/2 oz Aperol
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
Method
Build in a shaker, shake, and strain into a flute or stemmed wine glass. Top with Prosecco (or Brut for a drier finish) and garnish with a fresh strawberry slice.
