Prepare a pitcher of this fizzy passion fruit cocktail, serving 4-6 individuals.
- 8 oz Irish + Bourbon
- 4 oz Fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- 3 oz Simple syrup
- 3 oz Chinola passion fruit liqueur
- 1 bottle Champagne
Pour first three ingredients into a gallon pitcher filled with ice; stir well to chill.
Add bottle of Champagne, slowly, and stir very gently and briefly to mix.
Serve in Champagne flutes or coupe glasses.
