Raised in Dublin, Ireland, Paddy has been a fan of Irish whiskey for as long as he can remember while his appreciation for American whiskey kicked in when he first moved to the U.S. ten years ago.
Paddy has been fortunate to work on some of the most beloved whiskey brands across Europe and the US over the last 20 years. And Joining the O’Shaughnessy Distilling Co. family was the perfect opportunity to combine his favorite categories and create something entirely new and unique within the world of whiskey.
