Nose
Bold rye spice, black pepper and clove, over toasted oak and dark caramel. Undertones of Vanilla and buttered toast, with a hint of mint.
Taste
Rye bread and brown sugar lead into cinnamon, clove and white pepper. Rich toffee and praline notes, lifted by bright mint.
Finish
Long and warming. Peppery spice fades into toasted oak, vanilla and a touch of dried fruit.
