A bold and spiced twist on the classic, where rich espresso meets warm chai.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Cold Brew or Espresso
- 1 oz Keeper's Heart Irish + Bourbon Cask Strength
- 1 oz Coffee Liqueur
- 1/4-1/2 oz Chai Tea Infused Simple Syrup
Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with espresso beans.
*To make the chai tea-infused simple syrup, steep chai tea in simple syrup for 8 minutes.
